Community Outreach

The Superstition Fire & Medical District values community involvement and encourages our citizens to include us.  Although we make every effort to accommodate community requests, a 7-day advanced notice is optimal for scheduling purposes. Upon receipt of this form, a representative will contact you to confirm your request. As a public safety agency, the Superstition Fire & Medical District is obligated to answer 911 emergency calls that might conflict with all or a portion of your event, but will make every effort to participate.
