Plans for projects in Section I of the permit application are submitted to Stantec at todd.probasco@stantec.com or peggy.crowder@stantec.com. They can be reached at (480) 687-6202 or (480) 687-6012.
Plans for projects in Section II of the permit application are submitted directly to SFMD at planreview@sfmd.az.gov. We can be reached at (480) 982-4440, Ext. 104.
