Permit Application

The Superstition Fire & Medical District has adopted a permit fee schedule to maintain, store, use or handle certain materials, or to conduct certain processes or businesses, which produce conditions hazardous to life or property, or to install equipment used in connection with such activities. This Application or payment of fees should not be construed as permission to begin any process, or construct any occupancy until the inspections have occurred and acceptance has been granted. All information on this application is considered to be public record.

The fees noted on this application do not represent all fees that may be associated with the review of plans, the research of alternative building methods or materials, and any other special events, procedures, or facilities not specifically identified.
