The Business Self-Inspection program is a cooperative effort between the Superstition Fire & Medical District’s Fire Prevention Division and the local business community. The purpose of the Self-Inspection program is to increase safety in local businesses and reduce fire and safety hazards.
The intention of the Self-Inspection program is to provide basic information on how to fix or correct hazards on an annual basis. By providing the tools necessary to identify fire and life safety hazards, low hazard businesses in our community collaborate with Superstition Fire & Medical District (SFMD) for these inspections. A Fire Inspector from SFMD will inspect low hazard business every three years.
